About the assignment
A leading organisation is professionalising its Identity & Access Management capability. You'll own the product strategy and delivery roadmap for IAM governance and SailPoint expansion across multiple teams.
You translate business needs into technical solutions, manage stakeholder alignment, and build a compelling long-term vision. You collaborate with Scrum Masters, teams, and cross-functional leaders to maximise customer value and service quality.
This is a strategic role where you act as subject matter authority and thought partner on IAM architecture, governance, and best practices.
Your responsibilities
- Own the product backlog and strategy for Identity & Access Management teams; translate stakeholder needs into concrete delivery
- Build and communicate a medium and long-term IAM governance vision using internal and external expertise, best practices, and market insights
- Drive stakeholder alignment across IT Security, Pension Services, and Asset Management; monitor progress and manage competing priorities
- Foster team ownership by providing clear frameworks and vision, enabling independent stakeholder engagement on execution
- Evaluate service costs, quality, and impact; make data-informed trade-off decisions across the IAM portfolio
- Collaborate with peer Product Owners within IT Security to ensure coherent platform strategy and integration points
- Actively develop and leverage your professional network to stay current with IAM trends, governance models, and emerging tools

Must-haves
- Minimum 5 years as Product Owner or similar strategic role in IAM or identity platforms
- Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management domain, governance, and lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and delivery roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills across multiple business and technical teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint and CyberArk implementations
- Experience working within regulated or highly complex organisational structures
- Familiarity with SAFe or large-scale Agile transformation environments
