About the assignment
You manage end-to-end IAM projects across enterprise environments. You coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement identity platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta. Your focus: on-time delivery, scope control, and measurable security outcomes.
The challenge: IAM projects span multiple departments, involve legacy system migrations, and require balancing security requirements with business agility. You translate technical complexity into clear timelines and deliverables.
Your responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for IAM implementations
- Coordinate technical teams, business owners, and external vendors throughout project execution
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes using structured project management methodologies
- Ensure compliance with IAM governance frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report status to steering committees and executives
- Facilitate requirements gathering for RBAC, ABAC, and JML lifecycle implementations
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Must-haves
- 5+ years project management experience in IT/cybersecurity environments
- Proven track record leading IAM or infrastructure transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Familiarity with identity governance concepts (RBAC, ABAC, JML processes)
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation capabilities
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta implementations
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Prince2 or comparable project management certification
- Hands-on knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
