About the assignment
You join a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes secure identity management across a complex IT landscape. Your challenge: architect and deploy IAM solutions that balance security with user experience, enabling seamless access while maintaining control.

Your responsibilities
- Design and implement identity governance frameworks using RBAC and ABAC models
- Architect authentication solutions integrating cloud and on-premise environments
- Lead IAM tool deployments and configurations across the organization
- Develop access control policies aligned with security standards and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior team members on IAM best practices and emerging technologies
- Conduct access reviews and remediate privilege creep
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on identity-related incidents

Must-haves
- 7+ years IAM experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise with at least one major IAM platform (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Entra ID)
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols and SSO architectures
- Experience designing access governance frameworks and JML processes
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python) for IAM tasks
Nice-to-haves
- CISSP or CISM certification
- Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid identity scenarios
- Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions
