About the assignment
Een toonaangevende organisatie in financiële diensten moderniseert haar identity- en access management-landschap. Dit betekent migraties naar nieuwe platforms, implementatie van zero-trust principes en integratie met cloud-systemen.
Als Projectmanager IAM ben je de spil: je vertaalt business-requirements naar concrete deliverables, coördineert ontwikkelaars, security engineers en compliance teams, en zorgt dat implementaties op tijd en budget blijven.
Het effect is direct: je reduceert identiteitsrisico's, versnelt onboardings en zorgt dat de organisatie future-proof blijft.
Your responsibilities
- Beheer projectscope, planning en budget voor IAM-implementaties (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
- Coördineer cross-functionele teams: development, security engineering, business stakeholders en compliance
- Vertaal identiteitsgovernance-requirements naar technische specifications en user stories
- Monitor risicogebeurtenissen, escalatie-procedures en change-management gedurende rollouts
- Rapporteer voortgang en blockers aan C-suite en steering committees
- Zorg voor communicatie en training naar eindgebruikers bij cutover van systemen
- Werk samen met compliance teams op RBAC/ABAC mapping, audit trails en JML-lifecycle requirements
- Identificeer en mitigeer technische schuld en performance-bottlenecks in identity-integraties

Must-haves
- 5+ jaar projectmanagement-ervaring in IT of cybersecurity (minimaal 2 jaar IAM-focus)
- Praktische kennis van minimaal één IAM-platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta of Entra ID)
- Sterke stakeholder management en communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Begripvoor identity governance, RBAC/ABAC en compliance-eisen (ISO 27001, NIS2)
- Ervaring met Agile en/of Waterfall projectmethodologieën
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met cloud-migraties (Azure, AWS) en hybrid IAM-architecturen
- CISSP, CISM of PRINCE2-certificering
- Background in security- of IT-transformatieprogramma's
- Kennis van API-integraties en identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
