About the assignment
Veel beveiligingsincidenten ontstaan door menselijk handelen. Als Security Awareness Consultant ben je de spin in het web die dat verandert. Je helpt organisaties een sterke security-cultuur op te bouwen door praktische, begrijpelijke programma's.
Je combineert pedagogisch inzicht met cybersecurity-kennis. Je weet hoe je complexe concepten als phishing, social engineering en data protection leert aan brede doelgroepen—van C-level tot operations teams.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwerp awareness-programma's op maat van organisatorische risico's en cultuur
- Voer phishing-simulaties uit en analyseer gedragspatronen via awareness platforms
- Faciliteer interactieve trainingen en workshops over actuele threats (ransomware, compliance, cloud security)
- Meet awareness-levels met surveys en KPI-dashboards; rapporteer trends aan management
- Werk samen met HR en security teams om awareness in onboarding en change management in te bouwen
- Maak engaging content: video's, infographics, microlearning modules in minstens twee talen
- Monitor reguliere meldingen van verdachte emails en escaleer incidenten correct

Must-haves
- 5+ jaar werkervaring in security awareness, training, HR, of change management
- Aangetoonde successen met awareness-campagnes en meetbare behavior change
- Uitstekende mondeling en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van phishing-simulations en awareness-platforms
- Vermogen om technische security-concepten toegankelijk uit te leggen aan niet-technische doelgroepen
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met SANS, Gremlin of KnowBe4 platforms
- Background in pedagogiek, instructional design, of corporate training
- CISSP of CISM certificering
- Multilingual capabilities (o.a. Duitse of Franse taal)
