Security Project Manager
About the assignment
Je bent de schakel tussen security-teams en business. Je ontwerpt project roadmaps voor security transformaties, van IAM-migraties tot incident response programma's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, risicobeheer en stakeholder communicatie. Jouw doel: security doelen halen zonder operationele verstoringen.
De rol vereist zowel technisch inzicht als management skills. Je werkt met CISO's, beveiligingsspecialisten en IT-operations om complexe security projecten in control te houden.
Your responsibilities
- Definieer projectscope, timeline en budget voor security-implementaties
- Coördineer security teams, IT-operations en business stakeholders
- Monitor risico's en stakeholder concerns; escaleer proactief
- Rapporteer voortgang aan management en stuurgroepen
- Documenteer lessons learned en optimaliseer projectprocessen
- Beheer resources en capaciteit binnen security-afdeling
- Zorg voor compliance met interne governance en regelgeving

Must-haves
- 5+ jaren projectmanagement ervaring, waarvan minstens 2 jaar in security/IT
- Sterke stakeholder management en communicatievaardigheden
- Hands-on ervaring met projectmanagement-tools (Jira, Azure DevOps of gelijkwaardig)
- Begrip van security landscape, risicobeheersing en compliance frameworks
- Certificering: PRINCE2 Foundation of PMP (of gelijkwaardig)
Nice-to-haves
- Ervaring met security transformatie-projecten (IAM, SOC, cloud security)
- Kennis van agile methodologies en hybrid project approaches
- Board-level presentation experience
